Deposit and Cancellation
- Written notice of cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival date.
- All cancellations are subject to a $35.00 administration fee
- Some periods require a prepaid nonrefundable deposit.
- Cancellations not received by the due date are charged the booking fee plus tax.
- All prices are subject to change. Please call the Aerie Inn in advance of booking to obtain
current rates. - Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted
- Rates are subject to Vermont State sales tax.
- Early departures require full payment, unless the Inn is able to rent the room to others.
- Front Desk hours of operations are 8am - 8pm. Guest checking in after 8pm will need to
make prior arrangements. - Specific room numbers are not guaranteed, though we are happy to honor all requests as
availability allows. - Smokers are welcome, but all rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $150.00, per day,
will be charged to your account, if you smoke in a room. - Missing or damaged items will be charged to your account. A $15.00 lost key charged for all
non-returned keys.
